Orders & Payments 3

During checkout, you'll see a 'Coupon Code' field in the Order Summary section. Enter your code and click 'Apply'. The discount will be calculated and shown before you complete your order. Each coupon can only be used once.

Log in to your account and go to 'My Account' > 'Orders'. Click on any order to see its current status and tracking number (if available). You'll also receive email notifications when your order status changes.

Yes! Products marked as 'Price on Request' allow you to submit a quote request. You can also visit our Get Quote page to request a custom quote for any product or service.

Yes! Log in to your account, visit the product page, and scroll down to the 'Customer Reviews' section. Select your star rating, write your review, and submit. Reviews are moderated and will appear after admin approval.

Delivery times vary by product and location. Each product page shows the estimated delivery time set by our team. Generally, physical products are delivered within 3-7 business days depending on your province.

Yes! During checkout, you can choose 'Collect from Store' as your delivery method. This option has no shipping fee. Our collection address will be displayed at checkout.
